  3. In another saucepan, combine the coconut milk, gud, vanilla extract, and salt. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is warmed through but not boiling.
  4. Add the cooked millet to the coconut milk mixture and stir to combine. Simmer for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Remove from heat and let the millet pudding cool slightly.
  6. Once cooled, transfer the millet pudding to serving bowls or glasses.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until chilled and set.
