Mulled Wine Recipe

Here’s our recipe for Mulled Wine, using our choicest organic spices—the goodness of their flavor in every sip! If you want to make a non-alcoholic version, simply replace the wine with apple or orange juice.

Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle of red wine such as Cabernet Sauvignon or Merlot
  • ¼ cup Cognac
  • 2 Star Anise
  • 2 sticks of cinnamon
  • 3-4 cloves
  • 1 small bay leaf
  • 1 orange, sliced with peel on
  • ¼ cup cranberry juice
  • 2 tablespoons raw sugar
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • ½ Granny Smith Apple, sliced

Method:

1. Place all the ingredients in a pot and bring them to a gentle boil over low heat.

2. Simmer for 5-10 minutes.

3. Serve warm.
